The Products are being designed in Germany and produced depending where you are located. We made sure to produce as many products in Europe as possible to create the the best quality for our customers.

Costs:
The shipping costs depend on where you live and are provided by our production centers to ensure to keep them as low as possible for you.

Shipping Times:
The shipping time of your order will wary depending where you are located and which products you buy. To minimize the waste we only produce after an order is placed. As soon as your order left the warehouse it can take up to 30 business days. If it happens to be longer give us a few more days as there are some delays sometimes due to high demand. In this case we do not offer a discount or refund for your order.
